    By booking a reservation, entering our facility, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Reservations & Payments

    • All simulator reservations must be booked in advance online unless otherwise approved.

    • Full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking.

    • Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

    • Reservation time includes setup and cleanup; late arrivals do not extend your session.

    2. Cancellations & No-Shows

    • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.

    • Bogey’s Golf LLC reserves the right to waive fees at management’s discretion.

    3. Gift Cards

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

    • Gift cards may be used for simulator time and approved services only.

    • Promotional gift cards may have additional terms or expiration dates.

    4. Use of Equipment

    • Guests are responsible for using all equipment properly and safely.

    • Only clean golf clubs and balls approved by staff may be used.

    • Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.

    5. Conduct & Safety

    • Proper golf etiquette and respectful behavior are required at all times.

    • No horseplay, reckless swinging, or misuse of simulator bays.

    • Bogey’s Golf LLC reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

    6. Alcohol, Food & Beverages

    • Outside food or beverages may be restricted unless approved by management.

    • Alcohol consumption (if permitted) must comply with all local and state laws.

    • Intoxicated guests may be refused service for safety reasons.

    7. Assumption of Risk

    Golf simulation involves physical activity. By entering our facility, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks, including but not limited to:

    • Swinging golf clubs

    • Being struck by golf balls or equipment

    • Slips, falls, or other injuries

    You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage.

    8. Liability Waiver

    Bogey’s Golf LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

    • Personal injury

    • Property damage

    • Loss or theft of personal belongings

    Except where prohibited by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Bogey’s Golf LLC from all claims arising from use of the facility.

    9. Minors

    • Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

    • Guardians assume all responsibility and liability for minors.

    10. Photography & Media

    Bogey’s Golf LLC may capture photos or videos within the facility for marketing or promotional purposes.
    If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff.

    11. Facility Rules

    • Proper footwear is required.

    • No metal spikes allowed.

    • Smoking or vaping inside the facility is prohibited.

    • Bogey’s Golf LLC reserves the right to update rules as needed.

    12. Changes to Terms

    Bogey’s Golf LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
    Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
